Seeking and finding

Our current society places immeasurable pressures on us to be all perfect, all the time, a pressure that exhausts us, dries up our creative potential and steals the love and joy from our lives. In the age of digital highlight reels, child entrepreneurs, and highly curated lifestyle accounts it can be hard to stay grounded in a sense of our own unique worth. That is why I think it is more important than ever to find practices and more importantly, beliefs, that support our joy, support our breath, and foster a deep sense of well-being within us. I believe in the principle that we are all our own healers and that we are only able to help others in the ways in which we have helped ourselves. Through our self-love everything else flows.
